Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fedora Rclone (the "Service"), provided by PT Scandium ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Your account and authentication

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in using a third-party identity provider, such as Google Sign-In via OAuth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Google services and APIs

If you connect your Google account or otherwise authorize the Service to access Google user data via Google APIs, our use of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You understand that:

• The Service requests only the scopes necessary to provide the features you choose to use.
• You may revoke the Service’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.
• Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s own terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Access or use the Service in a way that infringes or violates the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems or networks.

• Use any automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that burdens or disrupts our systems.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including by introducing new features or imposing limits on certain features.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as Google services or other cloud platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law or by third-party partners (including Google) due to policy or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, will survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Your City / Region, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a notice in the Service).

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
